Resolution

To modify your account you must be an Admin on the account.

To modify account settings , you need to sign in at http://console.cloudbees.com and click on the gear icon (top right of the CloudBees portal’s main page).

Once on the Account Settings page, you will be able to edit account settings such as Payment information, Company contact, Billing Contact, and User information.
