Resolution
Jenkins 2.0 is a historic and evolutionary release for the open source community. It includes much of the great Pipeline work
and other updates that are already supported by the current CloudBees Jenkins Platform (CJP).
The CloudBees Jenkins Platform (CJP) release of Jenkins 2.7.19 LTS is available. The release was announced during the
Jenkins World Conference as documented here.
There is also a blog post documenting some of the features of CJP Jenkins 2.7.19 LTS.
CJP Jenkins 2.7.19 LTS can be downloaded from CloudBees Network (CBN), please note that you will need to click on theDownload button. Or you can download it from http://nectar-downloads.cloudbees.com/, please note that you will need to
navigate to the fixed or rolling directory under cjoc or cje.
CJP Jenkins 2.7.19 LTS also introduces the CloudBees Assurance Program (CAP).

We'd like to use version 2.0 and pipeline as code on a pilot installation.
In the interim, can we upgrade an existing Cloudbees instance to Jenkins 2.0 OSS?

I'm working with our Product Marketing team to give you the right commercial answer ;-) I will say we have been diligently working on this and GA is not far off and will be accompanied with much marketing fanfare!
Regarding updating an existing CloudBees instance to 2.x this is not supported at the moment, but will be with the release of CJP based on 2.x
