CloudBees Build Acceleration™ 12.2 is now available

Summary

We are pleased to announce the general availability of the CloudBees Build Acceleration 12.2 LTS.  

This LTS release adds support for the latest Yocto releases, security improvements, support for the latest Linux platforms, as well as various bug fixes.

Support for latest Yocto releases & Linux distros

This release includes out-of-the-box support for the latest releases of the Yocto project, expanding support to include versions 3.4 (“honister”) and 4.0 (“kirkstone”).

Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.5 was also introduced.

Download CloudBees Build Acceleration 12.2 from the CloudBees Download site:

• Visit the Build Acceleration download site, and click 12.2.0.107531.

Installers are located in the directory corresponding to the operating system (for example, windows). Release notes and product documentation are available online at CloudBees Build Acceleration Documentation.

Upgrade

CloudBees recommends that all customers upgrade their Accelerator components to version 12.2. This includes the Cluster Manager, cluster nodes (agent machines), and all local eMake build machines. See the CloudBees Build Acceleration 12.2 Upgrade Guide for complete upgrade instructions.
