Summary
This release of ElectricAccelerator contains several new features that improve reporting; performance and usability enhancements along with expanded platform support for the latest versions of major Linux distributions.
Cluster Manager Reporting
ElectricAccelerator 8.1 features a dramatic refresh of the Cluster Manager reporting system, with an emphasis on producing actionable intelligence to assist in identifying and correcting performance problems and monitoring cluster health and utilization. In addition, most reports are updated with a modern look-and-feel, and support permalinking, download-to-CSV, and interactive functionality. For more information about the new and updated reports, please see the ElectricAccelerator documentation at http://docs.electric-cloud.com.
Parse Performance
Parse performance is improved up to 40% in environments with moderate-to-high network latency especially for Android builds.
Parse Avoidance
Parse avoidance can now be re-used across different workspaces, which is useful for both developer and Continuous Integration builds.
Usability
Basic annotation is now enabled by default in cluster mode.
