- Our Docker Template does not start and we want to known why.
Environment
- CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise - Managed Master (CJEMM)
- CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise - Operations Center (CJEOC)
Resolution
You need to review the CJE Agent Provisioning logs to see the full log of the agent
Click on the CJE Agent Provisioning link on the left down side of the page.
You will see the list of provisioned Agents, click on one
Finally, you will see the Agent logs
