Apache Struts (Java Struts) in Jenkins

Afternoon all,

I'm wondering with Jenkins being a Java Application. Does this make use of any of the Apache Struts (Java Struts) web application framework?

  No. Jenkins is built with Stapler Framework, not Struts. Plugins should not have any need to bring their own web framework either.
