Login with both SAML and Jenkins own user base

Hi All, Is it possible to configure a login page in Jenkins from where end user can login eitherby 

a) Passing the credentials and jenkins validate these creds against their own user base OR

b) Just clicking on a button that redirects the user to configured IDP.

 

I would like to achieve this because in case my IDP server is down, the end user will not be able to login to jenkins.

  Hi Vishal,
  
  There is no means by which you can configure multiple ways to login to Jenkins. If you choose SAML or local accounts, whichever you pick is your means of authenticating.

  There are means of unlocking your master in case your SAML server goes down so that you can again have access and switch to another access control type though.
