jenkins advisor - not getting reports after initial Welcome email

I installed the jenkins advisor plugin yesterday, configured and connected it successfully to CloudBees. About an hour or so later, I received the Welcome to Cloudbees email, which said I should get the first report in an hour.

Now it is > 24 hours later and have received nothing so far.

Logging isn't showing anything and I went through the Troubleshooting guidelines and found nothing there that should be causing an issue. Don't see anything getting logged about the plugin, looking to see if that is something in our log levels.
