We are pleased to reveal the newly designed Help Center for Electric Cloud. Feel free to take a peek here! In addition to aesthetic changes, the new design is more agile and easier to scan and navigate, enabling you to find what you need quickly.
Notice that the menu of categories is now available in accordion style in the main panel. You can expand each category to reach the Announcements page and product-specific Knowledge Base articles.
Also, we have moved the support hours and links to other Electric Cloud resources to the footer of every page for easier access.
What Stayed the Same
You can still use the same methods as before to submit a new ticket: Either through the web interface or by emailing email@example.com. Use the drop-down menu near your username in the top right corner of the page to monitor your activities on the support portal.
