Unable to connect to Operations Center
- The Client Masters take too long to connect to the Operations Center instance
- The Client Masters cannot connect to the Operations Center instance
- CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center
- CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise
- Set TCP port for JNLP agent agents to Fixed in Configure Global Security page
- Go to CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center
- Click on Manage Jenkins on the left side of the navigator
- Click on Configure Global Security in Manage Jenkins page
- Select Enable security check box and set the TCP port for JNLP agent agents to Fixed with port number
