Anand: Technically, it is possible, but I don't see why it would be necessary. If UI is operating normally, which is assumed since you initiate the reload from the UI, then it is easier to use Plugin Manager to do the install/uninstall.

Does this impact running jobs?
Is it possible to install/uninstall plugin using Reload Configuration option?
