How can I cancel my CloudBees account?
To cancel your account you must be an Admin on the account.
To cancel your account (and stop billing/payments in the process), you need to sign in at console.cloudbees.com. After login you should see at the top right corner an option to cancel the account:

Please note that there could be one last invoice charged to your credit card, prorated from the date of your last billed subscription and services until the actual day of cancellation.
If you are not an Admin and one is not available please open a case.
