Client controller stuck on registration screen when registered with Operations Center.

    I'm having a similar issue. Jenkins master client won't get the license from Jenkins Operations Center. Operations Center says client is "Created, Approved, Connected" but the client is stuck on "Please register this Jenkins instance" with the additional message "It looks like this client is not configured to be issued a license? Click here to check the configuration." Looking at the configuration in Operations Center for this client, it shows "License (no dedicated executors)". Not sure how to fix
