CloudBees Jenkins Advisor Sign Up Troubleshooting Guide

Issue

  • When I sign up for CloudBees Jenkins Advisor I receive the following warning:
No Subscription Detected

You do not have an active CloudBees platform subscription.

This is either because you have newly created your account, or your previous free or trial plan has expired.

The CloudBees DEV@cloud platform is closed to new subscription.

Environment

  • CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise (CJE)
  • Jenkins
  • CloudBees Jenkins Advisor Plugin

Resolution

This can be ignored. The Subscription refers to a DEV@Cloud subscription, which is not required for use with CloudBees
Jenkins Advisor.

You can confirm the credentials are valid by using the “Test Connection” button, when configuring the plugin.
